Default The Complete Collection

I have just bought Guild Wars The Complete Collection and installed it.
I have noticed that from the starting screen I have a choice in PvE of Prophecies, Factions or Nightfall.
Is this correct? or should Eye of The North also be there?
Also the box said that I get some bonus items, where do i find these?

Thanks

EotN is not a campaign. It is an expansion. You can only create characters in Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall, and do the EotN content later when you reach the appropriate level.

The bonus items can be accessed by creating a character and typing /bonus into the chat console. Weapons can be created as many times as you want but minipets (if you get any) can only be created once and will be lost forever if you delete them.

You can start the Eye of the North content when you either get to Lion's Arch, Kamadan, or Kaineng Center, and do the appropriate quest for each. I believe you need to be at least level 10 and be at one of the aformentioned towns to have access to the content.

When you start the EotN content after level 10, when you reach one of those main cities, you'll gain experience a lot faster and be treated as a level 20 character, with stats to match. Just a handy perk.

For EOTN, what I find easiest is to go to Kamadan (Nightfall). You get a quest to go investigate a fisure. It is mostly a running thing, you just run run run and you are there.

Once there you can buy top level armor, which is cool. So I start chars in Nightfall, you get heroes (Koss, Melani and a monk), work to L10, get Mox (by the entrance to Kamadan (L20 Derv)), run the quest to EOTN, buy good armor at the station, then go back and do anything else you want...
